Book retailer Dymocks showed that it is less forgiving than the International Cricket Council and quicker to act than Cricket Australia when it posted a cheeky image of the chain’s response to Smith’s ball tampering admission from South Africa. Dymocks Brisbane posted an image of Smith’s autobiography “The Journey: Steve Smith” enjoying prime real estate in a book shop’s true crime section. It was the tip of the iceberg as the Australian cricket team quickly became an international laughing stock.
